Airport Customer Communications Office
Every day, from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., live operators at MSP offer airport guests and travelers voice and visual paging services, airport information, directions, and other assistance. To contact the Customer Communications Office, pick up any airport assistance phone located throughout both terminals, or call the general information line at 612-726-5555 from any phone.
Passenger Assistance Desks
An information desk on Level T at Terminal 1 is staffed seven days a week, 5 a.m. to 1:45 a.m. Travelers Assistance staff provide information, directions and other guidance to passengers and visitors.
The information desk in the Departures Hall lobby, next to the Aurora artwork, is staffed from 5 a.m. to 7 p.m. each day by the airport's Customer Experience Specialists.
Travelers Assistance Program
The Travelers Assistance program staffs the information booths inside security. Those booths are now outfitted with Plexiglas shields,and staffed by only one volunteer per shift who will wear a face mask. The Passenger Assistance desk on Level T in Terminal 1 is also staffed with volunteers who are prepared to answer questions.
Travelers Assistance, a program of the non-profit organization Airport Foundation MSP, is one of the airport's most visible resources for travelers and airport visitors. Information booths located throughout Terminal 1 are staffed by hundreds of volunteers dedicated to providing quality information and services to thousands of travelers every day.
In addition to providing airport, airline and tourism information, Travelers Assistance offers:
- American Sign Language interpreting services
- interpreter services for international travelers
- special help for individuals who are elderly or disabled
- infant supplies in times of emergency
The central office is located near the entrance to Concourse D at Terminal 1 and is open daily from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Holiday hours vary.
