MSP Walking Path
The MSP Walking path offers a way for our travelers to stay fit while waiting for takeoff. Walk the official 1.4-mile walking path at Terminal 1, or kick it up a notch and add a few more concourses.
The 1.4 mile loop includes:
- Concourse C from Gates C1-C12
- The skyway connecting Concourses C & G (accessible from the mezzanine level between C12 and C13)
- Concourse G
- Airport Mall
At Terminal 2, travelers can easily keep track of their walks knowing that the concourse is 500 meters end-to-end — so a round trip is one kilometer.
Postal Stamps and Package Delivery Services
United States Postal Service drop boxes are located in both terminal buildings.
Stamps are available for purchase from the Travelers Assistance Central Office at Terminal 1 from 7 a.m. - 7 p.m. The office is located at the top of Concourse C.
FedEx drop boxes are located at the entrance to Concourse E and in the center of the Airport Mall (between Dunkin' and Settebello).
Quiet Seating Area
There are two quiet seating areas located inside the secure area of Terminal 1 on the Mezzanine Level overlooking the Airport Mall. Suitable for reading, resting, meditation or prayer. Take the stairs or elevator located at the entrances to Concourses E or F and go up one level. Inside Terminal 1, visit an Information Booth or digital directory for further directions.
Group Services
Information about group services can be found in our Business at MSP page, including help with planning conventions, conferences and meetings.
On-site Hotel
The InterContinental Minneapolis-St. Paul Airport Hotel is the first on-site hotel to be connected to MSP Airport. The 12-story hotel features 291 rooms including two extravagant suites. Amenities include two signature restaurants, a cocktail bar and 30,000 square feet of flexible state-of-the-art event spaces.
Water Refill Stations
MSP Airport has partnered with Pentair to install 10 interactive HOPE Hydration water refill stations in 2024. These stations, featuring filtration technology by Everpure from Pentair Water Solutions, offer travelers a convenient and eco-friendly alternative to single-use plastic bottles, completely free of charge.
The HydroStations supplement an existing water refill station network that totals 80 units at MSP. The water refill stations are used approximately 7 million times each year. It’s estimated the network eliminates an estimated 600 pounds* of waste from single-use water bottles every day.
