Shift Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Maximize sales by assisting customers with product selection and highlighting promotions.
• Train, coach, and mentor employees during scheduled shifts.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Manage shift schedules, time-off requests, and handle absences.
• Maintain store presentation and ensure proper stocking.
• Handle cash drawer checks and prepare bank deposits.
• Address customer issues and foster a positive work environment.

Requirements:

• Leadership experience in retail or a related field.
• Ability to move, stand, bend, and lift as needed.
• High school diploma preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected Hours: 40 per week
