GENERAL SUMMARY: The role of Program Associate – Events, Marketing and Partnerships is vital for supporting strategic activations with Foundation stakeholders. The Associate works closely with the Marketing and Communications Director as well as the Partnerships and Development Manager to execute comprehensive commercial strategies.
Program Associate - Events, Marketing and Partnerships
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support Marketing and Communications campaigns with content creation and production.
- Provide support for partnership programs, tourism promotion, fundraising events and grantmaking activities.
- Manage inventory of promotional items/supplies.
- Sales support – lead generation and qualification/research.
- Assist with events/activations in the airport and off-site.
- Help create/update content for print and digital platforms.
- Assist meeting prep, including virtual and in-person.
- Assist with community outreach activities.
- Schedule meetings and assist with basic admin duties.
- All other duties as assigned.
