MSP swept all dimensions in the study, including experience traveling to the airport; ease of travel through the airport; airport staff; food, beverage and retail; terminal facilities; experience traveling from the airport; and the level of trust with the airport.

Our work to make MSP the best airport in the country – and world – is never finished. We’ve added additional capacity to our pick-up zones and cell phone waiting lot. Our 168,000-square-foot expansion of Terminal 2 will add new airline gates, additional passenger seating, and new restaurants and concessions.
