Electric carts are available past security at Terminal 1, on concourses C through G and in the Airport Mall, to transport passengers with mobility needs. Note: access to Concourses A and B is via wheelchair only.
This service is provided by different companies, depending on which airline you're flying.
- Delta Air Lines is serviced by Prospect Airport Services.
- G2 services Spirit, United, American and Alaska airlines.
A "cart stop" system has been implemented to provide the most efficient electric cart service to the traveling public. Cart stops are clearly marked with signs above chairs imprinted with a wheelchair icon. Electric carts pick up passengers every 10 to 15 minutes. You will find cart stops directly inside security and at every gate along concourses C, D, E, F and G. Consult your airline for services elsewhere.
Carts cannot go into congested areas and are required to drive at walking speed for safety.
Please be sure to ask your cart driver if they are heading your way before getting onto a cart. Electric cart service is not available at Terminal 2.
