Just down Concourse C in Terminal 1, Bottle Rocket recently opened, offering "local fare with a little flare."
The fast casual restaurant has its roots in the Twin Cities and offers Supercharged Flashcracker Wings, Roasted Garlic & Kale Fondue, BBQ Salmon and their Astro Burger -- that's only part of the menu.
