Responsibilities
- Manage the training and development of all staff, ensuring that staff members are fully trained in all aspects of food preparation, service and presentation
- Ensure that all staff members follow health and safety regulations
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction levels
- Work with other team members to ensure that the business is running smoothly and customers are satisfied
- Maintain high standards of food quality and sanitation
- Ensure that all employees follow health and safety regulations
- Other duties as assigned
