Position Summary:
The OTG Warehouse Receiver stocks and maintains all warehouse inventory, including food, produce, supplies, non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages; delivers to all OTG Management locations within the Airport Terminal; participates in quality control to ensure no damaged product is accepted into the warehouse or distributed to the OTG locations.
Responsibilities:
Accepts and receives incoming merchandise into warehouse
Verifies accuracy of incoming merchandise against invoice
Organizes merchandise and stocks appropriately
Maintains stock in an organized and clean fashion
Cleans, sanitizes, and organizes the storeroom including all shelving, floors, and ceilings to OTG specifications
Inspects incoming merchandise to ensure quality standards
Fulfill orders per distribution requests
Maintains inventory of all warehouse items
Communicates run outs and service/quality problems to Supervisor/MOD
Adheres to sanitation and FIFO (first in, first out) regulations
Clean, sweeps, and restocks as necessary
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:
Must understand and adhere to all airport rules and regulations
Ability to read invoices and count product
Knowledge of health and sanitation regulations and FIFO guidelines
Ability to life 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 85 pounds on occasion
Ability to climb ladders to store and retrieve product
Ability to push and pull delivery cart
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally to coworkers and management
Must be able to work varied hours/days, nights, weekends, holidays, and during inclement weather conditions
