3rd Shift Janitor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Janitor to join our team at the Minneapolis-St Paul airport. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards within the airport. This position requires walking long distances every day.

Responsibilities:

- Perform industrial cleaning tasks to ensure a clean and safe environment
- Conduct porter duties such as trash removal and restocking supplies
- Maintain facilities by performing regular cleaning and minor repairs
- Execute commercial cleaning tasks in accordance with established protocols
- Handle custodial duties including sweeping, mopping, and dusting
- Assist with residential painting projects as needed
- Ensure all areas are kept clean, sanitized, and presentable

Requirements:

- Proven experience in industrial cleaning or related roles
- Knowledge of facilities maintenance practices
- Ability to perform various cleaning tasks efficiently
- Familiarity with commercial cleaning procedures and equipment
- Proficiency in custodial duties such as trash removal and surface cleaning
- Experience in floor care including buffing and maintaining floor surfaces

Pay: $21.15 per hour
