The Guest Services Agent will organize, confirm, process, and conduct all guest check-ins/check-outs, room reservations, requests, changes, and cancellations.  Secure payment; verify and adjust billing.  Activate and distribute room keys.  Process all guest requests and relay messages.  Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests service needs; thank guests with genuine appreciation.

 

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Previous Hotel Front Desk experience (required)
  • Prior guest service and cash handling experience
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members.
  • Ability to read, write and speak English fluently
  • Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours
  • Previous Opera experience is a plus
