LSG Sky Chefs is looking for a building / facilities maintenance specialist to join our team! As our Facilities Technician, you will perform preventative maintenance, address plumbing, HVAC, and other building repairs!
****$1000 RETENTION BONUS PAID OUT OVER 90 DAY PERIOD****

Responsibilities:
- Performs preventative maintenance on building systems, plumbing, electrical, mechanical and control systems and related components; tests system competency and component devices and evaluates performance
- Assists management in planning and scheduling preventative maintenance work and recommends approaches to preventative maintenance programs
- Performs plumbing and building repairs
- Performs preventive maintenance to building systems and equipment as assigned and creates equipment check sheets as requested
- Provides a report to the Maintenance Coordinator noting any problems found
- Performs repairs of Heat Ventilation Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems, which may include heating boilers, air conditioning units, VAV boxes, exhaust fans, building automation controls and filter replacement
Skills and Abilities:
- Special Boiler License Required
- 1+ years of related experience required
- HVAC experience
- Electrical experience
- Plumbing experience
