The Airport Foundation MSP offers personalized 1:1 assistance for travelers who need additional help getting around the airport. Meet and Assists are staffed by trained Travelers Assistance volunteers.
Services are generally available 7 days a week from 7:30 a.m. CT to 6:30 p.m., with closures on major holidays.
Requests may be made online by clicking on the "Request Meet and Assist" button below or by calling 612-726-5570.
Please fill out the request completely. If more than one traveler needs assistance, please complete a form for each traveler. If a required field is skipped, the request cannot be accepted until the form is complete. While there is no charge for this service, if you wish to donate to offset the cost of the program, please click on the "donate" button below. Thank you.
