Prior Arrangements

Make prior arrangements through your airline for wheelchair services, oxygen requirements and other accommodations to help ensure a smooth experience when you get to the airport. Most airlines have options through their reservations systems that allow travelers to identify specific needs.

Assistance at the Airport

At the airport, airline personnel, the Airport Information and Paging Office, and Travelers Assistance volunteers are available to assist and answer questions.

The Travelers Assistance central office and waiting area is located at Terminal 1-Lindbergh near the entrance to Concourse D. In the Lindbergh Terminal, look for information booths in the following locations:

  • Ticketing Level between exit Doors 3 and 4
  • Entrance to Concourse A
  • Concourse C across from Gate C12
  • Entrance to Concourse E
  • Entrance to Concourse F
  • Baggage Claim Level near Doors 2 and 5

At the Terminal 2-Humphrey, a Travelers Assistance information booth is located on Level 1, between ticketing and baggage claim.

Security Screening Procedures
